These terms apply to paid programming consulting services offered by Node Haven Consulting Sdn. Bhd. (SSM 201901371517), 57,Jalan Sultan Ahmad Shah, 10050 George Town, Malaysia.

Services

We provide Node.js backend development as scoped projects and ongoing technical advisory. Exact deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined only in a signed statement of work or retainer agreement — not by marketing copy on this website.

Offers on this site

Descriptions of engagement shapes (scoped build, advisory, rescue review) outline typical service characteristics. Prices shown as examples or “starting” figures, if any, are indicative until confirmed in writing. Payment methods and tax treatment (including SST where applicable) are stated on invoices.

Client responsibilities

You provide timely access to repositories, staging environments, and decision-makers. Delays in feedback may shift milestone dates. You warrant that materials you supply do not infringe third-party rights.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, upon full payment for a milestone we assign copyright in bespoke code created for you during that milestone. Open-source components remain under their respective licenses. Pre-existing tools and libraries we bring remain ours, licensed to you as needed to use the deliverables.

Confidentiality

Both parties will keep non-public technical and business information confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or already public.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, our aggregate liability arising from consulting services is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, except where such limitation is prohibited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes should first be raised in writing to info@nodehaven.digital. Consumers may have additional remedies under the Consumer Protection Act 1999, including access to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims for qualifying disputes up to RM 50,000.
