Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to paid programming consulting services from Node Haven Consulting Sdn. Bhd. (SSM 201901371517). It should be read with our terms and any signed statement of work.

Several durations below are proposed market-consistent baselines pending business confirmation.

Eligibility

• Scoped builds: If you cancel in writing within 7 calendar days of signing the statement of work and before we begin billable implementation, prepaid fees for unstarted work are refunded in full minus any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.
• After work starts: Fees for milestones where deliverables were accepted, or where more than four hours of scheduled work was performed, are non-refundable.
• Advisory retainers: Unused hours in the current month may be credited toward the following month once, unless your agreement states otherwise. Retainer deposits are non-refundable once the retainer month begins.

Deposits and milestones

Project deposits secure calendar capacity. Deposits are refundable only under the seven-day window above. Milestone invoices are due as stated in your agreement; late payment may pause work after written notice.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Advisory sessions may be rescheduled with at least twenty-four hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice consume booked time. Scoped builds may be paused for up to thirty days on mutual written agreement; longer pauses may require re-scoping.

How to request a refund

Email info@nodehaven.digital with your company name, invoice number, and reason. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within fourteen business days.

Consumer rights

Nothing here limits mandatory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999, including applicable direct-sales cancellation periods where they apply to your purchase channel.
