We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website.
How inquiry data flows
When you submit the contact form, your browser sends JSON via HTTPS to https://nodehaven.digital/api/inquiry, handled on the same domain. Data is used only to respond to your inquiry and to administer any engagement you later sign. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after our last meaningful correspondence, unless a longer period is required for contracts, tax, or disputes. Consent choices remain in your browser until you clear site data.
Security and integrity
We apply access controls on systems that store inquiries, limit staff access to what each role requires, and use encrypted transport for form submission. You are responsible for not sending passwords or card numbers through the free-text message field.
Your rights
